Usage (Adults): Take 1-2 droppers in water or tea, up to four times daily as needed during menstrual cycle. Usage (Teens): Take 1/2 to 1 dropper in water or tea up to 4 times a day Not recommended for children under 12. Do not use during pregnancy.
